University of Tennessee’s annual hill lecture

Knoxville, Tenn. (ETSPJ) — Each year, The University of Tennessee School of Journalism and Electronic Media’s annual Hill Lecture brings a distinguished science journalist to Knoxville for a talk that is free and open to the public.

This year’s Hill Lecturer is Sarah Holt, winner of three Emmy Awards and a dozen other national honors for her documentary films, most of them about science, and most of those aired on Nova.  Sarah has titled her Hill Lecture “Turning Complex Science Stories Into Compelling Television.” Holt’s lecture is on Tuesday, April 2 at 8 p.m. at the McClung Museum Auditorium on the University of Tennessee campus.
