Two candidate forums will be held in early August to help inform voters about the candidates and issues in the Aug. 29 Knoxville City Primary.
NOTE: Tomorrow (July 31, 2023) is the last day to register to vote in the city primary. Early voting begins Aug. 9. Complete election schedule, voting locations, how to register and more is on knoxvotes.org.
Jesse Fox Mayshark, editor/publisher of the Compass and a board officer of the East Tennessee Pro Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists, will moderate both forums.

The candidate forums are being by the League of Women Voters of Knoxville/Knox County.
