Tickets are available for the 2022 Golden Press Card Awards at Maple Hall in downtown Knoxville on May 18.

Advance tickets are $20 East Tennessee SPJ Chapter members and $25 for non-members. At-the-door tickets are $25 for ETSPJ members and $30 for non-members. (You can join or renew your SPJ and chapter membership at SPJ.org.)
The Awards event will be from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

About the Golden Press Card Awards
The Golden Press Card Awards honor the best journalism from the previous year by professional and student journalists working in East Tennessee.
There were over 125 entries in this year’s competition from television stations, daily and non-daily newspapers, radio, digital-only news organizations and freelancers.
The contest was judged by the Hawaii SPJ chapter. Winners will be posted following the May 18 awards.
